Brooke Przystal (Wagatha), Current Owner, purchased Wildwood Sanitarium in 2017 with her mother Laurie Wagatha. The Sanitarium was first built in 1900 and has gone through many renovations in it's life but none are more important than Brooke's goals to restore it to former glory. On top of running Wildwood , Brooke also managed to receive an Associate Degree in Business, become a certified Reiki Master and Psychic Medium, certified in domestic violence prevention, Licensed Cosmetologist, and active mental health advocate. Brooke has been featured on Paranormal Lockdown and multiple episodes of Nick Groff's Death Walker.
